Thanks for the kind words Buckeye, I have already looked into doing it myself, I just have a few that really need professional restoration, nothing an amateur needs to mess up. A couple of them are duplicates of really rare items, that I would then sell to fund more book buying of course.
In some old back issues of The Asylum, John Ford Jr. does have some good DIY tips on book repair, trouble is many of the supplies cost as much as having the couple of books done I'd like to get done soon.
