There's that "small tear" on it which I don't think it's worth keeping that much

Rough shape. I usually keep any star I come across but I don't think it's worth tying up $20 in that wreck. If it were a $1 might keep it. Not a $20.

I always keep stars, including 20s (of which I've found 2), but in that condition...
