The three varieties for 1858 that I know of are the large and small letters variety and the 8/7 overdate.
Your coin has separation between the A and M of America, so I think that makes it the small letters variety. The overdate variety is scarce and quite valuable in high grades but the overdate itself is hard to see. However, the eagle's right wingtip is visibly separated in this variety and your coin does not show this separation. Therefore, I don't think it is the overdate. I also don't believe the doubling in the letters represents a significant variety.
I'd grade this cent at about Fine-15. At that level, it would not be worth paying the fee to have it graded, IMO.
