I went to the bank the other day and asked for a couple rolls of half dollars. The teller handed me two rolls that are mint rolled with the date of 2007. One is P and the other is D.

Can I assume that all the coins are 2007?

It might be possible. Someone may have turned in these rolls to the bank and they were never opened.

Those were bought as a pair from the U.S. Mint site and got returned to the bank. So they are all the date and mint marks as it says on the wrapper. Nice find.

Nice! Might bring a premium on ebay. Probably small though. Check sold listings.

Evidently whoever turned them back into the bank either didn't know or care about loosing money by turning them in (original premium from the mint) but an excellent bargain for you though.

The 2015 rolls are more than face value:
http://catalog.usmint.gov/kennedy-2...lars#start=1
So either the coins were stolen or the collector passed on and someone cashed them in.
