I weighed all the rolls and found one that only weighed around 214 g while the next weighed around 236 g. Somehow, the machine had shorted one roll a half dollar and added it to the next roll. Taking a few weeks off on half searching and start up again the beginning of Nov. Lately it's been too much effort and little reward on halfs. I'll be concentrating mainly on pennies. Last year late summer until Christmas was good to me as well. It seems silver finds picks up later in the year. I am banking on a good 4th quarter to make up for Jan 1 to July lower than average find slump including my 25 boxes straight slump. Unfortunately BMO has gone the fee route starting this month. I asked the head teller yesterday about it and she said she saw the memo and that they have to log all of the boxes so I will have to see how it pans out and the timing couldn't be worse not that things are picking up.
