I just finished dumping the last of my 4 worthless boxes. The machine required a bag change. When the teller pulled the bag off, I noticed several silver in thr bottom. I asked about switching them out or purchasing the bag. No luck.

I did one box last night. 1 40%. LOTS of BU's and NIFC's.
The rolls, yellow loomis, were not machine rolled. One end was real loose, easy to open.
Still yielded some nice coins.

Went to my local wells fargo, picked up ONE 10 dollar roll, went into my car, and found a 1954 D Franklin in the middle. The funny part about the whole encounter was the teller showed me the face coin ( a 1973 kennedy) and said " look bro this is a rare one! " , and the rare one was in the middle the whole time :). Went to a Chase next, and got $9 in kennedys unrolled from the tellers till, and scored 1x 1964. This was my first day of CRH, since then I haven't scored any kennedys worth keeping. Although after looking through this thread, seems there are kennedys worth keeping that arent 1964-1970.

Aseegz, the 1965-1970 are 40 percent silver and are worth $2.50-$3.00 each. Diffidently hold on to those too. It all adds up to good investment down the road when silver peaks again. Its a great hobby that cost you some time and 1 50 cent piece can get you $2-$8 bucks. Free money.

Got ONE kennedy from Bank of America today, and it was a 68 S, super shinny. What are the chances. I asked to look at it, and " hesitantly" said I'd take it because it was shinny. Trying not to give away any excitement.

Jack you are cracking open some crazy number of boxes. Do you dump at one bank or a couple? I pick up 8 boxes tomorrow hope my luck gets better. Some dump some silver.

I switched my order this week from 4 boxes of halves to 4 boxes of nickels. After I picked them up, I stopped at a bank close to home that I have always been denied at. No account. No coins. That was always the message in the past. There were no cars in the lot or drive through today, so I decided to take a chance. I guess the tellers were in better moods today. $160 in MWRs produced nothing. $160 in CWRs produced 3 40%ers and a 71 proof.
Time to go dominate some Team Trivia, and then I'll come back and attack those nickels.

3 boxes skunked on silver pulled a 2003 s proof clad ofcourse.,, this forum started in 2007 how many have searched boxes and quit how many skunks can one man with stand till self destruction of crh begins i have been going strong since july 2012, I am about forty boxes from 500 total boxes, it wont be long till I hit average 6 boxes a week, after that I will take a hard look into this madness but I must say I have no regrets and I am very proud of my great collection I built up, if I hit a monster box on my way to 500, there will be no question about stopping. the train will blow right past the station....

4 boxes today box 1 and 3 were skunks for silver, there were a couple of NIFC but not worth collecting due to their shape. Box 2 yielded 1-40%er and box 4 yielded 3-40%ers. Here are the dates, 1-67, 2-68, and 1-69. Its always nice to pull something. Hey Coinsrus1000 I dream of the day that Silver hits $100 an ounce. If that happens there will be no question it was worth the madness of many skunk boxes. I haven't been at this a year yet and have been very pleased at what I have found. I set goals of the amount of silver I want to find and use that base on how many boxes I purchase for the week. I am purchasing 12 boxes a week right now, before my break last month I was purchasing 16-20 boxes a week and have pulled back a bit. Between now and November which will end my first year of searching halves I need to pull 122 more silver coins to reach my goal of 1200. I believe its doable with the numbers I am getting we will see. I would love to get a $1000 face value of each the 40%ers and 90%ers before I totally stop. That would be a great goal to reach. I believe its doable its only a mater of how much time I am willing to invest. Man seeing that white rim when you crack open a roll keeps me driving on, I am hooked like a drug addict looking for their next fix.
