Elaine, I also hate to see those poor coins that have been all marked up (and thus destroyed in my opinion) by inconsiderate CRHers. Someday the CRH search won't be to find silver but to find an unpainted coin.

Finn, Regarding Arby's Gem 71D. I am by no means a grading or coin expert but I do know that halo affect is something you see a lot on the nice older Kennedy's. I don't think that would exist if it were plated.
Arby, that is a GEM! The field looks perfect. Are there contact marks on his hair? I've never said this before about a 71D Kennedy but it might be worth posting on the grading forum for some feedback. It's absolutely beautiful.

berto there was a variety. Black X's across the face, Black through dates. Purple on the backs of the 76's. Red and green paint. Some were painted blue. Ears that were black. A couple had holes drilled through the coin. Some were caked with gum or grease.

I did 2 more boxes last night. First of those 2 boxes produced (11) NIFC 2002-date, but again no silver bringing my silver skunk streak to 11 boxes, my all time high. . The second of those 2 boxes got me (2) 2002-date NIFC and finally a piece of silver, a nice 90% 1961D Franklin . So far today I've done 1 box and it was loaded with very nice NIFC's, (1) 2013P, (1) 2013 D, (30) 2014P, (40) 2014D, (43) 2015P, and (51) 2015D. I think there were only 3 rolls that didn't have a NIFC coin and most rolls had multiples. Also found (3) 40% 1967 . 2 of the 1967's came from the same roll early in the box which had my hopes up for a very good box, then only one more for the rest of the box, but I'm not complaining. As a matter of fact after 11 skunks on silver, I'm tickled to death!! Had been so long since I'd seen silver I almost forgot what it looked like. I've got 2 more boxes to go hopefully the good luck will continue! Will update again later.

Another box down, no silver, 2 or 3 NIFC 2002-date. Nothing else worth mentioning. I'll probably do the other box later tonight.

Just finished the last box for the week, it gave up (7) NIFC 2002-date, (7) 40% (1) 1965, (2) 1966, (3) 1967, (1) 1968, (1) 1982 no "FG" and (1) 1997 Costa Rica 100 Colones. Much better satisfied with this weeks silver take than last week. Total this week (1) 90% 1961D, (10) 40% (1) 1965, (2) 1966, (6) 1967 and (1)1968D, 1.8407 oz., last week 0. Anytime I break an oz. per week I'm happy, not satisfied, but happy. I guess the only way any of us would be satisfied with our silver intake is if every coin were a 90%'er. I'm hoping my luck will hold on until next week!
After the finds on all the 2015's today, I've now got more 2015's than any other NIFC. Also with the huge number of 2014's today it's the second place holder. Just seems strange not even 5 months into the year and already have over (100) 2015 dated halves.

My skunk streak now stands at 50 boxes after this week. I gave up and switched to dimes, buying two boxes to look through. No silver, but I did find a Canadian dime, and three rolls were over-filled (CWRs). Combining that with the $5.00 bill I found in the parking lot at the grocery store, and I will say my luck may be turning. Maybe I'll give halves another shot next week, but this dry spell is reallllly starting to weigh on me.

Here are a couple of more pics of that 71D, I pulled this week, I tried several different angles and I believe this shows the best of the coin, There is a very small mark in the hair but I couldn't get it to show up on the photo. I will send it to the grading blog too. Just wanted to give you guys another look to show what is still out there.

Just finished up my last 4 boxes from last week and pulled only 1-42 Walker, 1-74D DDO ender, haven't popped out of the roll yet, thats my second 74D DDO ender this week, also pulled 3-NIFC. The week started out better then it ended. I am not complaining it was an awesome week. Getting a bunch of mixed reviews on that 71D. Thanks to everyone whom has replied. Hope you all have a great week next week. "LOVE THE HUNT!"
