I don't know about the rest of you, but it seems like about 95% of the BU coins I find are 1980-D. I kept the first couple, but now I'm just dumping them.

@numisma:
In the two boxes I looked at recently plus some other rolls, I found quite a number of 1996-P BU pieces, including some with much less than the usual bag marks. I've kept one roll-plus of the best ones just for now, but I imagine there isn't much premium. Here on the East Coast, I generally see less D-mint pieces (except from 1970s), and often not great condition.

Yes, I find mostly D mint coins.

Around here it is the 1989's. Every 3 or 4 weeks I will find 10 or 20 of them in a box.
The 2000 and 2001 are a close second.

How many NIFC do you find in a box on average? I was surprised to find that many- some rolls had two in them.

Many nifc- so much that I don't even save them anymore unless they are flawless. 3 boxes this week. - 1 skunk but the other two boxes each had an ender. I found 2 1964 and 16 40% silver... Not bad at all

So there was a coin show only 20 mins away (found out they have it about 4 times a year YAY!) And bought a 1964D Kennedy half for my album. Lo and behold, I forgot the mm was in a different spot than other Kennedy halves and I already had one. LOL oh well 7.50 not terrible

Not too much of a loss. It's still silver.

Did 4 boxes today, things cooled off for the day, but were still fruitful.
out of 4 boxes, got 5 40%ers and 1 1964. no skunks. So a little bit throughout.
Im trying to meet some year end goals so it will be exciting to see how things play out.

Last weeks 6 boxes got me 13 2002-date NIFC, 1 1987D NIFC, 5 clad proofs, 1 1974D DDO, 1 1971D DDO, 18 1965-1969D 40% and 3 1964 90%. I'm not exactly sure what the date was last year when I searched my first rolls of halves but I know it was right around the middle of November, so approximately 1 year of searching yielded slightly over 80 oz. of silver. The last 3 weeks have been pretty good, in those 3 weeks I've found 68 40% and 8 90%. Since I don't know the exact date I started I'm going to use November 15th as my anniversary date each year. I should be picking up 4 Brinks boxes today and 2 fed boxes either tomorrow or Friday.
