Thanks jack, Its just a regular proof, My Red Book does not explain it like you did. Where did you find this info? Its still nice just to get a 64 Proof. Numisma got it wrong, I still have a bunch of learning to do. "LOVE THE HUNT!"

nice finds all around! Yesterday I did the 2 boxes from the previous Friday. There were no enders, but... box 1: 2 x 40% box 2: 4 x 90%, 3 x 40% and one of the 90%ers is a 1937 Dominican Republic Medio Peso!! I think only 500,000 made according to some internet site.       Edited by skibdib

Nice find on the Dominicana half peso
Two boxes yesterday both skunks.
8-12 more boxes tomorrow, 12 if last weeks order which I did not get comes in this week also. The banker says it is possible. The banker told me they were upset with the courier because they did not deliver them any cash for the holiday weekend and they were short of large bills. Then 5 more boxes Friday. I have not done this many boxes in a while. So it is going to be a busy week for me hopefully it pays off with some nice finds.

They ordered my weekly box too late so it will be here Friday. Very nice finds everyone it may be true, people dumping coins for holiday cash.

This is my special wish regarding my Credit Union on Ike dollars. Hoping persons will cash in those MIGHTY IKEs. From weak memory I have 452 IKEs from her. First 4 boxes for the Month of December, 3 skunks and 2-40%ers, 1-67 and 1-69, I did pull out a GEM 87D, Don't see to many of these around here. Trapper are you searching 48 boxes a month? That is incredible, You have some great banks you are working with. Nice score Skibdib like that 37 coin. Cool! Wishing you all the best of luck in December. Hope you all fine many ounces of SILVER!

About the 64, thanks for the info, Jack, I guess I was wrong (I was also going out of the Red Book). Still a nice find, though. Good luck over the holidays, everyone! I'll see if I can get another box this weekend. |

It may be true, people dumping coins for holiday cash. My best box ever came last January. I suspect it was a holiday dump, 141 40% and 22 90%, over 28 oz of silver, Kennedy, Franklin, and Walking Liberty halves in that box. I should be getting 4 Brinks boxes tomorrow and 2 fed boxes Thursday. Hopefully the Brinks boxes will be a continuation of last weeks silver vein. Lately the fed boxes haven't been very good, hopefully they'll pick up during the holidays. |

6 boxes tonight produced 8 x 40%, and 9 x 90%.
42d, 44p, 52, 53d, 57, 63d, 64 x 3.
gotta love more 90s than 40s!

Hey Chip, you should check with other banks and see If they would do it. Chase bank always offers to order the half dollars for me but it has to be a 2 box minimum.
