If they will get you coins and take your dumps be sure to take the tellers small gifts every now and then to show your appreciation for their effort and the extra work you're creating for them. I'm not saying take in something every week, personally I take them something like a pound of chocolates every 2-3 months and all the tellers at both my banks are very helpful. A few months ago one of my head tellers told me about finding a Buffalo nickel in change at the bank and misplacing it before she got it home, so a few weeks later I surprised her with a nice common date Buffalo nickel for her collection. Small rewards have gone a long way in my experience with the tellers. Both banks allow me in employee areas, therefore I can do all the carrying and lifting of the coins for them. I carry the boxes of dumps to within 5' of the coin counter and both banks remove the coins from the vault and I carry them out from there they don't even have to carry them to the customer window area. Do everything you can to make their job easier, it will go a long way in keeping them happy and them trying to make you happy. Depending on the bank and who their coin/currency service is through you may have to order $1000. worth at a time. One of my banks can get me boxes in $500. increments, but the other can only order in $1000. increments even though they come in 2 $500. boxes. I've been very blessed with getting some very good boxes, I've had 1 box that I think had over 80 pieces of silver, mostly 90%, 1 box with about 150 pieces of silver, mostly 40% and 1 box with 175 pieces of silver, again mostly 40%. These three boxes alone have accounted for about 1/2 of my silver finds.

Did a box today and found no silver.
I did find:

2013 D
2006 D
2005 P (hole filler)

And I found a bank that will order me halves without any problem!

4 boxes from Friday.

Box 1 had a 40%er and another chrome plated.

Box 2 had a couple more chrome plated and a proof.

Box 3 had a 40%er.

Box 4 had a 1982 no FG, some more chrome plated, and a 2015.

Ok, I have not yet ordered a box of halves, and here is a question that I have wanted to ask: If you get a $500 (1000 coins) box, how do you search them? When I get 4 to 6 rolls of halves, I inspect each one carefully. That can take some time, but I do not mind as I enjoy the process(and I am retired). For those of you who go through one or more boxes, what is your methodology? I look forward to answers . . .

Honestly I go through over 10-12K a week in all denominations.
I just would not have the time for that close of inspection, unless I retired.
