seriously Arby, that thing looks so good. Ive reads hundreds of pages and thousands of threads. That is an incredible find, perhaps the find of the year so far on this thread. I cant remember anything better this year, but if there is a contender, someone let it be known please. Else this half is on top at this time for 2016! Well, since I have started a new page, let me post some pics of finds from this week. Its been a great week for me, after ive had some recent cold stretches. May was going to be my worst month, but it got saved on Tuesday, the last day of the month. And today was pretty awesome too. Tues box 1: 4 x 40% box 2: 46p walker, 3 x 1964, 13 x 40% box 3: 41p walker, 4 x 40% box 4: 3 x 40% Thurs box 5: 2 x 40% box 6: skunk box 7: 51x2, 52d, 52s, 54x2, 60d, 62d, 63d, 2x1964, 3x40% box 8: skunk so, if it adds up right, so far 16 x 90%, and 29 x 40% for the week out of 8 boxes. Way above average, and please let it hold for tomorrows 4 more. That one box had 9 franklins and 2 64s, it had 2 enders, and they were both 40%ers. great surprises there. 2 rolls had 2 90%ers in that box boxes 1-4 90%ers from box 7 double rolls haul 1 with 5 x 90%, and 24 x 40%, and haul 2 with 11 x 90%, and 5 x 40%. hoping the river continues to flow tomorrow. good luck all!

I picked up a box from my emergency bank this morning and found this proof ender. Unfortunately that was the only thing in the box.

Good week Skibdib. I held off on ordering halves for a few weeks while I got damage from a leaking water heater repaired and so far haven't even been able to get the contractor out here to start the repairs. Looking like I'm going to end up getting more estimates and having someone else do the repairs. One company came out will be two weeks ago Tuesday and said I should receive an estimate by the middle of last week, the estimate didn't come so I called them twice to speak with guy that came out and neither time has he bothered to return my call and let me know what the hold up is. I figure if they're not interested enough to return phone calls they're not going to be too interested in getting the work done and doing it properly.

2 boxes from Thursday. 1 40%er, a minor clip, a "colorized", and a car wash token. 4 boxes from Friday. Box 1 had 2 enders. 1 roll was actually a double ender. 5 40%ers. 1 other box had 1 40%er. The other 2 were skunks.

Arby nice score on the commemorative and Skibdib love those Franklin's. 12 boxes this week, 11 were skunks. Found 7,40% all in the same box. The silver vein I have been enjoying for several months may be drying up gotta keep plugging away and take the ups with the downs being persistent is part of this game. Best of luck to everyone

Got my usual 1 box thurs and came away with a 63 benj and a 66 and 67 and a ton of new 15s and 16s. I dont know if you have found them yet and if this is ok to do. But if you want a couple let me know. It will cost you .50 or each and how you want them shipped. If this is not allowed forgive me. I'm new and trying to be nice Kurt

Had to ask. How do you dump 4 plus boxes a week without the bank saying anything? The banks around here have a fit with my one box. Had to open an account to even do it there. I would love to do more boxes. The bank I get the boxes from said they would take 3 back a week if I got the boxes from them. But dosent that defeat the purpose. It seems to me I would be looking at the same coins over and over or are there so many coming and going that wouldnt happen Thanks for any input!

KFish technically you cannot sell. But I am in need of a 2016 P and D for my Kennedy halves book. PM me through my profile and we can talk.

Some people need to stop fooling themselves, bank employees don't like us.

Quote: Some people need to stop fooling themselves, bank employees don't like us. Yes and no. I have been blacklisted from a few banks and there are several others who treat me like the branch manager when I walk in and say "Hi Jack" every time I come in. Those branches that respect me I respect them back and bring them donuts or pizza or any small gift to let them know I appreciate what they do for me. Those branches and banks that tell me to get lost are missing out on my generosity.

Quote: Some people need to stop fooling themselves, bank employees don't like us. I am sure that might be true in some cases. I don't think it has to be that way. I go out of my way to be pleasant and accommodating to all the tellers I deal with. I bring occasional treats to the main bank where I get my halves and always treat them as the nice folks they are. I never bring my rolls/boxes back to them. I don't bug them on Mondays or Fridays. I have never had a problem with any tellers. There is a CU 6 miles south of me that has a coin counting machine and I dump most of my coins there. I do have a CC, savings and checking at that CU. After that CU checking account reaches a certain amount, I then write a check from there to deposit to my main bank. I tell my wife it's money laundering. I also have an account with another CU in the area where I deposit any coins I might choose to roll, marking each roll so I would know if I get them again, somehow. My main bank is B of A. Hmm, I have not been this windy since I joined CCF. Anyway, best of luck to everyone and be sure to smile at those tellers.

I have over 40 different branches of one bank that I dump at. I re-roll and re-box all my coins so by rotating I only go to the same branch about every 2 to 3 months. I also buy all my coins from a different bank than the one I dump at and promise them I will not bring the coins back there. My wife has a good sum of money at the dump bank and I at the buy bank. So I have never have any complaints. The only problem I ever had was when I was turning in bags of coins. They would send them off to be counted an then deposited it in my account.I would then draw the money out to buy the next batch of boxes. Well they thought I was structuring money and shut me down, closed my account. It really made me mad been with them for many years. They would not even listen to an explanation of what I was doing. My wife still has an account at this bank so this is where I dump all my coins

started the week with 4 boxes, the last one gave up a 40%er, they seemed to be dumps from mid 2015, of course that is a hunch based on marks. good luck to all searchers this week, hope its flowing good for you!
