First 4 boxes for the week all skunks for everything! This is not a good way to start off a new page. We will see what tomorrow brings.

I went and dumped coin today and in the overflow I picked up a $1.00 Inn of the Mountain Gods Gaming Token. Really Cool! Picked up 4 boxes today interesting thing about them is that 2 of the boxes were taped, Manager said they were dropped and broke open, its happened before no big deal, well when I opened up taped box 3 there were 3 rolls missing, not very happy, I snapped a picture to show them tomorrow. Well, Before I started searching box 3 I cut the tape and opened box 4, and the 3 missing rolls were in box 4. So that turned out great. I just finished searching them, and first 3 boxes all skunks. Box 4 contained 1-64D and 1-67, Now the exciting part. The third piece of silver is a 1946 Iowa State Centennial Commemorative Coin, Only 100,057 were minted and there are still 500 that haven't been released, they will be released in 2046. I think I will be dead! lol. It's in Beautiful condition. Enjoy the Pictures.

Nice find Arby. Get some money back from those missing rolls. I haven't had any luck with halves the last month 0 silver, I am doing 2 more boxes today and if I don't find anything it is time to take a break and do a different denomination for a while. On the other hand went to my local CU and a teller knows I collect silver she bought 3 90% and 7 40% off a old lady, I paid her 10x face for the 90% and $1.50 per 40%, she said she'd hold more for me if she gets anymore in. Fingers crossed on some silver and some more luck from my bank.

Omega, Did that Teller get those halves while working at the bank, or did she purchase them off duty? All my tellers I deal with know what I am doing, and when silver coins come in they call or hold them for me and I get them at face value. Not sure if the tellers are allowed to buy the halves from work, well at least while they are working. This Iowa Coin is in great shape, I could not find it on the PCGS Coin Price Guide. NGC had it listed. Truly excited to find a coin with such a low mintage. This could be one of the 500 that was released in 1996.

teller got them face value then bought them for face value to resell to me. She made like 20 bucks off me.
