Always nice to see when opening a box: All in all: 1954 Franklin, 1941 walker and 2 40% out of 1 box. Box # 2 was a skunk.

Very nice, Silver Eagle!
And congrats on your Barber, calfrope. Out of curiosity, which banks are telling me they're going to charge you?

It is us bank that is charging me. my dad and grandfather have a business account there and told me that they couldn't sell that large of coin to someone with a personal account. And told me they could order it through my dad and grandfathers account and that they have to charge for it which was $5 a box. I told them to go ahead this week but not anymore after that

And told me they could order it through my dad and grandfathers account and that they have to charge for it which was $5 a box. I told them to go ahead this week but not anymore after that I've had a very good year so far at 109.9303 oz. of silver, but if I were having to pay $5 a box for the coins approximately $900. worth of my profit would be gone for 2016. In 2015 I only found somewhere around 90-100 oz. all year and the cost of boxes would have probably far exceeded $1000. In my opinion in just wouldn't be worth all the hassle of having to pick up/dump and pay for coins. One of my pick up banks is a national banking chain, but the other is just a local banking company with only 2 branches that I know of. If a small local bank can afford to get me coins without charging I know a national banking chain can. Good luck with the boxes you're paying for, but I think it will be hard to profit on a regular basis. In 2015 I had a couple double digit skunk streaks, the longest if I recall correctly being 18 boxes without a piece of silver, I'd have hated paying $90 out of my pocket for those boxes!! Last week one of my banks that orders for me ordered an extra 4 boxes of halves by mistake, so I got 8 boxes from them, but they only delivered 1 box instead of 2 to my other pick up bank. My silver finds last week were, (1) 1941 (4) 1964, (2) 1965, (7) 1967, (10) 1968D, (1) 1969D and (1) 1982D George Washington 250th Birthday commemorative. It was also a big week for clad proof finds, they included, (3) 1971S, (4) 1973S, (6) 1976S, (1) 1977S, (1) 1978S, (2) 1979S (1) 1980S, (1) 1981S, (1) 1982S, (1) 1996S, (1) 2002S, and (1) 2008S. Most of the proofs looked as if they'd cycled through the system no more that a couple times. I also found (1) 2000 Ecuador 50 Centavos, (17) 2002-date NIFC, and (2) magicians coins. 2016 year to date silver 109.9303. If I can continue my present find rate for 2016 I'll exceed 160 oz. of silver for 2016. Good luck everyone.

I have picked up a few customer rolls here and there and lots from singles from tellers trays over the past few months with not much luck with the singles but did find 3-40% from 4 rolls I picked up a few weeks ago, so I decided to order my first 2 boxes today from a bank that said they will order as many as I want as long as I don't bring them back, of coarse I wouldn't, I'm gonna start off with a box or two and see how it goes. I hoping to score some good finds whether a few nice upgrades or nifc or of coarse some silver. I should get them on wednesday.

Jack 7 rolls short would be tough to sallow, When I pickup my boxes tomorrow I am going to try an experiment and see If I can tell the difference in weight when 7 rolls are missing. I think we all tend to just pickup the boxes and not think about the weight too much. There have been times I thought boxes have been heavier and there was more silver but It has never been a consistent thing, guessing the weight of a box and having more silver is not norm been wrong way too many times. I never checked to see if a box is lighter though. One would think as many boxes we have all handled we might be able to tell somewhat. calfrope please share a photo of your barber. Silver Eagle love seeing those shinny enders!

4 boxes from Friday. Got shorted again Box 1 3 rolls had quarters and a 4th had a cent instead of a half Box 2 skunked Box 3 had a roll with a quarter instead of a half but did have 1 40%er. Box 4 had a roll with a nickel instead of a half and a 2016. These S & S wrapped boxes from BMO / Garda have been horrible the last few months. There was a batch 2 weeks in a row where all of the boxes had several rolls short at least 1 coin if not 2.

Stopped at 6 banks yesterday. No one had any rolls at all!!
In disgust, I settled on 3 rolls of Dimes and 3 rolls of Nickels. No pickers at all.
