Big7mag, I agree with Jack. Definitely stop using them. Out of curiosity, is it a major bank, or a smaller one?

55 rolls today produced my 40th War Nickel. Cool to have pulled an entire roll of them from circulation in 5 1/2 months.

John77 it was a larger bank. They have locations across the us. The other bank that I get some from has not said anything to me yet. However it is only my 3rd week ordering from them. They are a smaller bank. I think they have around 3 or 4 locations

Oh, ok... Personally, I've found that Bank of America is notorious for wanting to charge extra fees, and also they seem to do everything they can to discourage CRH. I think my local branch is now purposely ordering brand new coins to discourage it - they have had only brand new coins in all denominations except quarters for THREE months now! And of course they absolutely hate Half Dollars.

2 90s including a Ben, and 4 40s. That's the great thing about this, skibdib. The worst we can ever do is break even!

Big7, I also recommend you find a new pickup bank. Pickup banks are much easier to come by then deposit banks when CRHing.

Unless the coin counter when dumping shorts you, you get a roll with a cent in it instead of a half, you get several rolls with only 18 or 19 halves in it, or you get a box short by 7 rolls Been there, done that and into 3 out of 4 boxes today I am reliving it all over again Other than having life experiences from roll hunting and being able to claim numismatic wild roll hunting find claims to fame I wonder if dollarwise I am even ahead if I keep getting shorted coming and going every week. As Arby says "The thrill is in the hunt" and if I quit I think everyday I would ask myself every week "What would I have found if I had gotten a box today"

But you have found a couple of really valuable ones, so there's that. One time I was shorted 7 dimes in a roll. Can't imagine being shorted $70 though. That would suck! That said, I've had lots of cent rolls with dimes in them - one even had 6 dimes. Indeed "the thrill is in the hunt." Whether it's finding a key date, silver, or a coin from an older series, I always get that happy feeling and huge grin... We're addicted! And I think that's a good thing.
