was camping last weekend, so I canceled my friday order. And I picked up my last thursday order today. first box gave up a 1918s hole filler and 3 x 40%. Box 2 was a skunk   2 more boxes to do after work that were sitting from last week, and then back on schedule.  |

Always nice to get another hole filled. Week before last I was able to fill several holes and upgrade a few. My Walking Liberty and Franklin sets are still lacking several coins and I may never fill all the holes, but I can have fun trying.

and the last 2 boxes gave up 4 x 40%. Last box was a skunk until roll 50. gotta like that!
but, todays boxes did not arrive. They may arrive tomorrow, or maybe not. We will see.

I have searched before, but last week I ordered my first ever box.
Yielded one solitary 1969. 1/1000.
I guess that beats a skunk...

last 2 boxes from Monday: 4 x 40%
2 boxes today: 5 x 40% in box 1, box 2 skunk.
good luck! And yes BigSilver, a single silver always beats a skunk :-)

4 boxes from Friday. 2 foreign jobs (1 was an ender), a 1964, a Franklin, a proof, and 2 40%ers.   |

My delayed Tuesday boxes arrived today, and they were good!
box 1: 5 x 40% (1 ender)
box 2: skunk
box 3: 1 x 40%
box 4: 3 x 1964, 7 x 40% (reverse 64 ender on top side of first roll)
a very nice start to the week, I have decent hopes for the rest of the week, but you never know.

Great finds everyone, Back from another week off searching, I was in Phoenix again last week and didn't get a chance to get to any banks. I searched 10 boxes today, 5 skunks, with the other 5 boxes yielding, 1-65, 2-66, 2-67, 2-68, and 1-69. I still have 2 more boxes plus I pick up 4 more tomorrow. Nice filler Skibdib,

I am "retiring" from full time halves searching. Lost my bag for cash dumping situation after 4 years. totals finds 40% halves (4003)2001.50 face, plus 20 or so 1976,1970s,1970D, and 40% proofs 90% halves (640)320.00 face, plus completed franklins from rolls, and some walkers went to my album 3 Barber halves4 classic commems, 1 columbia, 2 stone mountain, 1 grant who knows how many proofs, got 2 big jars full now got 20-30 magician coins now got 80$ worth of 1987 got 15 or so 1982 nofg got some other misc. slicks and oddball errors. Never did find a booker t,carver, or seated. Got 8 boxes next week. I still plan to search, going to do probably one big order of 8000$ a time and then take my time dumping. Then do again as I feel like it. Anyone interested in those modern clad proofs or magician coins? |

Half hunter do you mind sharing how many boxes per week you ordered to achieve those large numbers. I am curious! Hope I cans have numbers like that one day!
