Motos, with as many halves as you go through..it would be a good idea to get an album and start a set from circulation. This way you'll have an excuse to keep those NIFC's for your set, and/or trade!

I have a question for all of you, I know it cant just be me. Do any of you get sore necks from searching? Maybe I just have bad form, I get kinda into it and before I know it I'm all hunched over at the table with my chin by my chest.

I'm jealous. You guys are stealing all my silver! I had my first skunk Fed box this weekend. I was someone's dump since about 1 coin per roll had a red dot on Kennedy's face. Anyone here marking their coins like that? I went through it with my father in law. Congrats on the Barbers.

chuckster, that is an amazing box. Never heard of 6 haircuts in the same box. Great score!

AGCoinHunter:
Thanks!
Actually it was 4 Barbers in that one box.
One box the prior day had 2 in it.
I'm still stunned over the amount of Silver in that one box.

I sold them via a coin shop I found by googling and calling around. Noone in my town/city would take them or offer a fair price (11 dollars an oz? pfft) So this one guy recommended a coin shop a few towns over and he offered 12x face for the 90% and 2.25 for the 40%. Sold : D

Motos - that's a pretty good price you got there. It seems like most places are buying for 10x for the 90% and about $1.25 for the 40%.

Picked up the balance of $322 from a local bank here in town where I had decent luck with last week. Good luck again, 4 '68s, 1 '69 and 2 Bennys...
3 boxes from Wells awaits me tomorrow for pick up...

Went to pick up last weeks order on half boxes and found out that they carrier had sent canvas bags out instead of boxes this week. Also bags were 1k each instead of the $500 that boxes are ususally. They had two bags. I luckly had enough to pick them both up and took them home. They looked a bit old and worn and I knew there had to be some silver in these. Finnally made it home from work and ripped open the first bag...
Bag 1 106 - 40's 9 - 90's 7 - Bens 2005 and 2008 S Proofs 1987D
Bag 2 52 - 40's 3 - 90's 1 - 1945D Walker 1 - 1987P
Was a great way to end November. Over 30 troy ounces. I sure hope the carrier continues these bags instead of boxes. Only thing is they are really dirty and also full of other coins that are usually damaged. Made about $10 on other coins that were in the bag (gold dollars, quarters, dimes)
