Nice score MaineJim. I'm still waiting for my motherload. My best score is only about 20 out of one box.

Maine Jim, You think maybe those had just came in and the teller was trying to throw you off so she/he could cherry pick those? Maybe she was waiting till payday? Anywho, great score, I am really happy for you. That was a score of a lifetime.

Marine Jim, I am so jealous...but still can find it in my heart to be happy for you. ha ha. Finds like that is what keeps me going. I think I have to rethink my strategy. I think the huge mother loads like your come from customer rolls. you are a lucky man.

Went to one bank today and they had no rolls but told me that the merchant teller has 23 ikes, but she'll be in tomorrow. So will I . went to pick up some more rolls from my box at Wells, $100.00= Nada, Another bank had 4 customer rolls, two of them were Silver!! What a welcome sight! One roll was 90% - 3 Bens the rest 64's. The other all 40%! Made my Day!

I pulled out the Walkers and Franklins I needed for my collection then put the rest in my SD box. I am putting together sets just from CRH and this find really helped round those out. I may break down and trade out some of these for the key dates as they are so rare searching this way. Buying them from CRH profits seems like the way to go. Oh yea, did three boxes since this find and got one 40%.

went through a box today and got 3 40's. I feel OK about it because they came in the last 10 rolls I checked, I was afraid I was going to come up empty handed. How can you tell the proofs? Do they have an S MM? I haven't found any yet or I'm missing something. Think I'll be moving up to 2 boxes next week. It's addicting.

Excellent Find Marine Jim! Good to see another person hit the motherload of halves, I'm sure as the economy gets worse more and more finds like this will happen.
Did you manage to finish your franklin set out of it? How many walkers were in there? -XoG

Box #2 that I picked up from Wells yesterday. 1 '66, 3 '68, and a beautiful 69. Not the pull that some people get from Maine but I'm happy...
