My friend unloaded just under $3,000.00 of Kennedys at his credit union this past Monday. I'm not sure how long it will take to re-wrap all of them, but have fun looking through them when they get sent back to circulation. Heads up: there will be NO SILVER, but you will find plenty of AU's and a few hundred from the 2000's.
He's had a few crates full of them for a dozen years or so and just got sick of moving them around the house. He ended up depositing all the coins to his account. Oh, he also dumped about 400 Ike's also.

Nice finds everyone. That's a great hookup Ben. I do look for the no "FG" coins as well Shotgung. I have a handfull of 1983's that I believe are missing the initials. My magnifying glass & loop's are bad though, so I want to recheck them when I get something better. I have had a bunch of the missing F, light G coins but have not kept any. Was that a mistake? I also have about $1400 face value of 1971D, 1972, 1973D, & 1974D to check for variations. Same deal as above...I need a better magnifying glass to go through them. Anyhow, I opened the 2nd case from Loomis and the streak is over. I ended up with 1-1934 Walking Liberty ender roll that I kept sealed. I also found 1-1962 Benji & 3 NIFC's (2-2002P's & 1-2010P). Not the most silver I've ever found, but a welcome sight for sure. I don't have any cases ordered at the moment, but I will order at least 2 more of the Loomis boxes on Monday. I have 2 other banks that I order from and might place orders for 2 from each of them as well.

Must be 6 weeks since my last great finds, all those Walking Liberty halves, well not this week.
My normal 2 boxes were ready last Thursday, our anniversary, but went after them anyway. Box 1 was a skunk, had two 1776-1976 each had a letter missing, Independ_nce and _all, both in very nice condition.
Box 2 had 2 1967P and 2 1968D, very nice conditions. Looking forward to my next 2 boxes, hope I do not have to wait 6 weeks this time. Living the dream, Webekin

Went and picked up $570 in halves. Went through the $70 and found a 1974-S, which was a surprise. My 15-year old son will break open the $500 tomorrow and go through it. Told him he could keep whatever he finds. (Except every 50-cent piece!)

the 48 rolls that had been searched yielded 8 NIFC's and 2 1972's that is missing the "F" and has a weak "G" that I added to my collection.

Someone likely only "edge searched" those halves... nice finds, pan4au.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

I agree. Their loss, your gain.

Yup, this is why I like them, they are a less common find.
