Bizarre that this happened to me too (see a few pages back)... when I asked the one bank if they had any halves the other week, they had $92 of them, and I had $94 on me. I got a whole roll of Bens out of that, 10 40%-ers, and strangely a 2009-D NIFC.

Only reason I even had the last four dollars was I happened to have three Ikes and a Suzy Bee on me, so I paid for the last two dollars of the haul with one of each.

Some rolls had 2-3 silvers or 1 or 2 silver and a proof, or multi proofs in the same rolls.
What fun I had. Webekin

SR and Webkin, Fantastic Scores, Would love to see numbers like that again, Finally my skunk streak has ended, I picked up 8 boxes today and 5 of them were skunked, The other three yielded me 15 pieces of silver, Happy Days, sure hope more silver flows tomorrow! That was a long streak without any silver sure glad that is over for now LOL.

Great box, webekin!
And, arby96, congrats on breaking out of that skunk streak!

And cabowabo, a trickle is better than nothing.

25 coins from dealer trays yesterday produced 1 40% er, a 1967.

I got a box yesterday as well, and for the first time, I used my new scale to see if perhaps a silver coin was lurking before I opened any rolls... The rolls all weighed between 224.91 and 226.14 grams. 3 of the rolls weighed below 225 grams, and only the 1 was over 226 grams. I hoped the heavy roll had a silver as it was the heaviest roll by .15 gram... but alas, it wasn't, though there were 8 1971-Ds in it - perhaps those coins were made on heavier than normal planchets.

Although there was no silver, there were 14 NIFCs, and interestingly, almost all of them were dated from 2002 through 2005. Every date and mint from that period sans the 2003-D was found, along with the tough-to-find 2008-D and a 2010-D.

CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

Yes as of this week my skunk streak ended, even though I only pulled 2 more pieces of silver from 4 boxes , so 1 out of three boxes had silver for the end of this week. Wishing you all the best of luck, Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and you all score some silver!
