Forgive my shorthand. W is for Walkers, B for Ben Franklins, K for Kennedys, and 90 and 40 for percentages of silver.

wow........you guys are really murdering them with these finds. This is thrilling, and I really mean this. I guarantee next week I get shut out....it always works that way for me - if someone else does well, I don't, and vice versa. Of course, if I don't I can always stop searching and put the $$ into my collectino by buying some nice SLQS.

I finally started searching halves this week. Haven't ordered a box yet. But I have been picking up loose and customer wrapped rolls. Altogether about $40 worth

Found one 1967 and one 2007. Looking for varieties now. Boy this is fun.

Hey everyone. I am new to the forum but have been following it for over three months. Yesterday I opened 6 boxes. My results are:
3 - 40%
1- 90%
I tend to get a lot of NIFC coins (2002 +) but I usually don't keep them. I have some interesting coins I have found like a 1909-o barber a Bu 1950 commemerative Booker t Washington. I also found a weird 1964 double sided Kennedy half it looks silver, but doesn't sound silver. I'll post some pictures of that coin later. I have another 14 boxes at home I will post those results later.

Well Persistence pays off finally. Went to the bank today and checked to see if I could get a box of pennies for Dawson. Nope the bank is short on cents. So I ask her if they have any of the new dollars in rolls from the mint, So I then ask her about old dollars No. So I ask then about half Dollars, She has 100.00 in halves. So I took $50.00 five Rolls. all in old wrappers. what the heck. I get home and open the end and slide them out on the sorting Pad. Then I hear the oh so sweet sound of "Clank". First time I have ever found Silver in half dollar rolls and I have searched about 10 boxes worth. So I start digging. I get 36 40% out of the 5 rolls, So back to the bank I go to get the other 5 Rolls. Chalk up another 36 for a total of 72 40% halves.

No I am going to buy a lottery ticket or two. Here is the pics of the finds. Also these are in old wrappers and I am sure that they have never been searched. I just want them for the Silver. If there is anyone that wants to buy the other Clad at face value to search for other stuff. I will send them out to you.

Excellent find!
Those are the same kinda wrappers that I found my recent cache in. I think they must date before 1980. I didnt find a single half newer than 1978. What was the newest in your customer rolls Chump Change?

nice find. this happened to me one time with dimes in old wrappers. ended up with 9 full rolls of silver dimes. now when I go to the banks to get dimes or halves I always search a few rolls in the parking lot to see if I should go buy more.

Nice finds!

Box searched today and found 3 40%. Thats my best box yet. Whats weird everyone mentions 2000-2009 NIFCs but I have never found a coin in my boxes that is later than 2000. What gives? Anyway. I want some good boxes!
