Got a 2003 Kennedy though and a bunch of almost uncirculated coins of various dates and a couple rolls worth of bicentennials. The Silver Searcher Pillar of the Community United States 1392 Posts	Posted 01/06/2023 2:18 pm Might have already posted this one back in the summer, but on the chance I didn't, I'll share it now. Swung by a new branch of my bank to pick up a box of cents for Dad and I to look through, and I asked if they had any halves on a whim. The teller said she thought so, and produced a single customer-wrapped roll. When she took them out to count them, I noticed that they looked especially shiny and had a very very distinctive clatter. I had to hold my breath until I got out to the car... sure enough, solid roll of 40%! Never thought I'd find something like that. An incredible score... they're still out there! SilverRoosevelt Pillar of the Community United States 917 Posts	Posted 01/06/2023 8:37 pm I really lucked out today: I went to a bank to buy their last $80 of customer-wrapped halves. In these eight rolls, I found my largest number of silver halves in one sitting in about 8 years. I found 9x 1964 Kennedy halves; 1x 1964-D Kennedy half; 1x 1966 Kennedy half; 1x 1968-D Kennedy half; and 1x 1969-D Kennedy half.
