I haven't gottn much lately but it was great to know that after all the concerns about silver drying up that it is still out there in size. I was thinking about that very subject. My guess is the baby boomers will be leaking out their silver coins, unknown to them, for the next 20 years. After that the silver will dry up.
Casutherland, I think I am going to hold the franklins and build a set, or maybe hoard them, I like the Franklins. If I sell I will let you know.

$50 of halves from my Credit Union yesterday. Two were banked rolled...nothing special. One had 1974 written on it. yep all '74s. One had 1971 - 1974. There were a few Bicentennials thrown in too, and one had 1964-1969 written on it.
Drum roll please......

first brinks boxes I've ever searched.

and 21 other 40 percenters.
not so hot for all that work, but not all too bad, either.

Sounds like there has been some really great finds lately. I picked up my usual 4 Loomis boxes on Friday and found:
1 1964
8 40% silver
2 S proofs - 1994 and 1976
Slow searching and hoping for a big silver box soon.
