No. Because even if both banks use the same armored carrier, like I said, they don't mix customer cash/coin.

Well, something is happening...... It got mixed somehow...... :)
May cross state lines and get some from a different Reserve pool.

i pick up and dump at chase. different locations, A and B..
i have on occasion gotten the same dumps back! only a few times. other people that get halves from chase hopefully dump them at a different bank all together because if they didnt, we would get the same halves over and over. BUT since I get some NIFC and the occasional 40 or 90%, I know it gets rotated out somehow. and lately the tellers tell me they get whatever is on the TRUCK...
becuase usually chase would get paper wrapped, nf string,, and now they get plastic coated... which suck... but then sometimes I get the paper wrapped.. so its confusing..

Todd Todd, Russ789 is right, they don't mix the incoming coin. At least, not initially. Just think of it from a practical standpoint. The bank bags have to be audited, the foreign coin has to be tossed, and, that bank, either credited, or debited, as the case may be. That's how it works. Now, let's figure out where that leaves us.

Lol.... I never claimed to be right...... I'm married. I have learned better.
I'm like you - I'm just trying to figure out how to get the most out of this endeavor as possible.
Again - I may decide to venture into a nearby state that has a different Federal Bank than the one I have - Just to see what kind of results I get.

Hey, every little bit of info helps "the cause." EDIT: If I say something in a forest, and my wife wasn't there to hear it, am I still wrong?

If it's a $1000 bag I can tell you with near 100% certainty it's going to be short for the foreign and other smaller denomination U.S. coin that gets by the rejector magnets and into the bag; and, you're going to have to take the bag "unaudited." The only way those counts have a chance at coming out "true" is if it's a $1000 dump, all at once. I'd just ask the tellers if it took awhile for the bag to fill. The longer they said, the more likely I'd take it.

Came home with 5 boxes. As I always do, I crack the tops to see if anything stands out. Oh boy did it! 2 rolls with a 40% and 1 with a 2001 proof showing. Cracked the 3 rolls and the 2001 proof appears to be silver. Cracked the 2 rolls with 40% showing and found another 40% in the roll. 247 more rolls to crack! [/URL]

Two more boxes from Chase....skunks! I'm not having much luck with boxes stamped number 4102. Do any of you guys follow the stamp numbers on boxes?
