went through a box and got -5 NIFC (2002 P X2, 2002 D, 2005P, 2006 D) -1976 S PROOF (clad not silver, my second one of these and neither are in all that great of shape) -1983 that appears to be missing the designers initials FG on the reverse I'll see if I can get a picture up, but odds aren't good, I can't take pics good at all, and my girlfriend's camera is all messed up anyways no silver or hole fillers, but I had a blast until next time and oh yeah congrats to the fellow with 6 almost solid rolls

Now I try to limit myself to banks on my way aside from once a week.
1 bank grabbed 3 out of 8 rolls skunk
2nd bank
3 rolls 2 40% and 1 1964
went back and bought the rest
17 rolls 1-1964 1-1968
strange how silver is concentrated.
Almost forgot...also found 6 2002 mostly in one or two rolls. Its like 2002 central. I have way more of them than all the other so called NIFCs. Also found a 2006.

I have asked at my local bank's chapters, as well as another local bank, and have not found rolls available.
Seeing how there are plenty of banks in my area of Western NC, I may just make some rounds tomorrow and ask each and every one until I find some somewhere.
I will try to post my results.

Deltron, I didn't know that 1987 D weren't intended for circulation? My RedBook doesn't say anything about that :(

@wrestling_135 Taken from the NGC website. The 1987 Kennedy half dollars are considered anomalies in numismatics. Unlike other Kennedy circulation issue coins, the 1987 Kennedy half dollars issued by the Philadelphia and Denver Mints were never released into circulation and were only placed into United States Mint Uncirculated Sets, creating what many would think would be a semi-key for the series, as is often the case with circulation issue coins not released into circulation. This unfortunately is not true. The 1987 Uncirculated Sets had a dramatic mintage for the year, with 2,908,145 issued, dramatically higher than sets of the previous few years, and sets issued thereafter. Because of this high mintage of sets, no shortage of 1987 Half Dollars ever occurred, even though they were never officially released into circulation. The demand for the coin was more than satisfied by cutting up mint sets. The other issue with 1987 Kennedy half dollars is that, since all coins were issued in Uncirculated Mint Sets, the majority will remain in uncirculated, or better, condition. According to the NGC population report, 357 coins have been graded by NGC, with grades ranging from MS 63 to one grading MS 68. While the 1987 Half Dollar is very elusive but not impossible to find in circulation and rolls, the coin remains very easy to obtain in a 1987 Mint Set, which still trades close to the $7 issue price. While it is not a Key Date, it is likely that only very high-grade, certified pieces will bring significant premiums.

Continuing a relatively successful week.
Bought some holders at local coin shop. Needed to run errand at bank. Decided to find a branch around the area.
Stopped by chase along the way, got 4 out of 9 rolls...and an unspecified number in the vault.
Found a 1966 made mental note to go back and get the rest after finishing errand. My bank had no halves oh well, stopped at Wells Fargo on the way back. 2.50 1 1969d 1 1968d 1 1967
Made it back to the chase branch. As I came up to they were all giving me the evil eye. After mistakenly giving me 'golden' dollars they balk...Supposedly somebody came in around the 20-30 min I was gone and bought every one of the remaining rolls. Yeah right!
Almost forgot again....one of the rolls from chase turned out to be a nearly solid stack of fairish bicentennials (1 or so 1971) lucky me huh?

Completely blown out by US Bank today. I escalated as far as I could go and I've been hit with a limit on the amount I can dump that makes dumping the coins completely too much work.
God, they are a crappy bank. And, to the best of my knowledge there are none of the other banks with counters in the lobbies in STL -- maybe that's why they can be such jerks about it...
I just hate that they promised me I could do it, then handcuffed me after I got the coin-searching bug.
