I also noticed Ricardo on the dime CRH forum- is he abandoning us after teasing us with his theory?

Well, I just picked up my 4th box today. Up until before this box I've found 2 in each of the other boxes (1 Franklin, 1 Standing Liberty and 4 40%) Todays box doubled that! I was very happy. 2 1952 Franklins, 3 1968D and 1 1969 D. I was almost thinking about not even getting the box when reading how so many of you have had no silver streaks. It's hard for me to get them since someone has to come with me and carry it. I have a severe back injury and can't carry it. But SO glad I went.

Always buy what you ask for. You can spend them or dump them elsewhere.

Broke my silverless streak. Had been having terrible luck with CRH. Lots and lots of them but absolutely nuthin. Got 80 bucks from Wells. Found 2 1967s. Ran out of money on hand since I picked up a big skunk from BOA. Went back and got the remaining 170 + 20 from another teller. 3 more 67s +1969+ another 40%er for 7 40% total. The other 20 turned out to be all 90s and everyone looked like it was marked so I didn't get the remaining 80 bucks from the 2nd teller. Yah. Now the problem is offloading all this junk since I kinda lost 3 dump banks.

Finaly found a bank where they get halves in $1000 bags from the fed .
Does anybody saves the high ms coins ? Are there people who would pay least half of what are they priced on the books ?
Thank and happy hunting !

Very nice Ricardo ! When I finally pulled my first and only 1987, it had already seen some circulation before I was able to save it. I do pull the MS coins I come across, only to fill up my album, any doubles I come across I simply put them back into the wild.

Thanks Deltron , I think the same just to the dump !
I was pumped when I found the 1987P but then I realize it suppost to be in ms because it comes from a unciculated set or a souvenier set !

So I'm standing in line at my favorite teller's window with two $250 bags of dump and by the time it gets to my turn another teller slides in and informs me there's now a 10% charge to redeem halves there. I asked her when this started and she said just now. I asked her if I could get around the charge if I deposited the halves and she replied in the negative. So I pulled out my kid's savings passbook of which I'm the custodian under a UTMA and I asked her how much interest we were getting on the account, and it was 0.5%. The way I actually put it to her was, how much interest are we making on this money we're loaning to your bank? Anyway, when she told me, I told her we're now going to need 10% on that money, and that that just went into effect, today. She said they couldn't do that, so I closed out the account, right then and there. It was around $600. I should never have had that much in it in the first place. So, I guess, we both made out.
