Didn't pick up a box, but I did stop in at a local bank during my lunch break. Bought $70 of customer roles and got 2 40%. Not bad I guess.

I can't find any halves anywhere right now, clad or silver. It's getting frustrating; one bank told me a teller has 8 rolls of halves, but she's never there when I go in! I don't ever search boxes; I just pick up loose halves. Only one bank has ever asked me if I want boxes. On a positive note, I just sold a roll of 40% on ebay. I used Buy It Now, and they sold in 2 minutes!

So far my record with halves is 0 silver with 410$ worth.
did 160$ of dollars too. Didnt get silver but I got like 14 1972 type3 IKEs which I think have a fair premium if not mistaken.

I got my 2 boxes today with little to no expectations as usual. BOY WAS I WRONG! I think this could be considered a very good haul for the Midwest. First box gave me 3 Enders. I ended up with 3 90% Kennedy's, and 9 40% Kennedy's. A whole lot of really nice BU coins, all ruined by markings This is from the bank that gives me the most consistent skunks by far so this is a HUGE surprise to me. This pic here shows something interesting. A good portion of the box was also marked this way, at least 75% of the box. Yet I still managed to find this much silver in it? The second box also gave me one BU 1965 Ender! I cannot believe the luck I had today. I managed 2 40% out of this box. This is the box I got from farther North of me. I had expected it to produce something and it did. Maybe I need to rethink my strategy some. I'm stoked and cant wait till next week now :) Don't think ill be topping this anytime soon however. Even did good on dimes. Today's Haul

Nice job buffalo! and while I disagree with people who mark coins, at least the gentleman who marked the edges was a little more considerate than the ones marking all over kennedy's face :)

Hey guys, I haven't posted for a while but I've still been hunting here and there (been kind of busy because of school). No finds like my previous huge finds since I last posted but I found something today that I thought was worth mentioning and also had a question about it. I was in Wal-mart and saw there was a branch bank inside, so I stopped in and picked up $4 in halves and $13 in Ikes. Out of the $4, I wound up with 4 40%, and one, I believe, may be a 1967 SMS Kennedy (proof-like). Is there a definitive way to tell and has anyone else come across an SMS Kennedy in their roll hunting?
