Still, I feel like it's similar to someone's dog crapping on your lawn. Just because you can pick it up in a few seconds doesn't make it any less annoying. I'm not trying to offend anyone because I think that acetone trick is a good idea, but marking coins will just never seem right to me. Report this Post to the Staff

My average for 2011: 1/4 silver coin per box! Yeah, that means I am averaging $2,000 before I find ONE silver (40% or 90%). I have only searched 6 boxes so far since May and have found 5 90s (1 kennedy 3 Franklin and 1 walker) and 11 40 percent. I know I have been so lucky. Only 1 box had no silver. I am getting another box next. Week so time will tell if my luck continues. To be honest I probably woundnt even be doing this is I hadn't cone to these boards with a question on a perfectly done face Kennedy 1964 with reverse of Franklin I found in junk silver that was purchased!
