It doesn't help to hold onto your coin dumps since you don't deposit them where you bought them anyway. If you do that, yes you will be getting them back.
Even depositing them elsewhere, you will still get them back if they use a common courier, or after some time back in circulation.

did 2 boxes tonight and finally hit some pay dirt

box 1 had 11 40s and 1 90 and a 1986 liberty proof although most of the luster was gone sad seeing these coins broken up from the original mint box

box 2 was a beauty 6 90s and 30 40s!

after 2 months of bad luck finally luck went my way!

see you all next week have a great weekend

Nice find to the newest member searcher. I found a 48 Walker and 1968, but have one box to go, got an extra box this week from a new bank, which is where I found what I did.

I did 9 boxes this week and finally broke the skunk streak (15 boxes). 9 box total was 15. 1 64' and 14 40%s. During the skunk streak, the boxes had the same markings. A couple were in this batch, but the later boxes thankfully did not have the markings. 8 boxes coming next week.

this is my first box of Kennedy's and still have $180 more to go and already hooked. so far 1- 1964, 3-1967, 3- 1968D, 1-1969d, 1- 1990 rotated rev.(I think about 45%?), 1- 1971D DDO and a 1983P commemorative coin that is gold plated, all in what appears to be good shape. Can't wait to finish the box tomorrow night. I'll try to get better pics of the DDO tomorrow, I have trouble with blur. Can someone verify a rough guess to the rotated%, if I am wrong?

are you sure that's not a Magician's coin. The rim looks like it has lettering on it. I found 5 of them last month that looked just like this.
Rest in Peace

That was the first thing I thought when I saw this picture. I have yet to find a MC myself.

Ya, that is a Magicians coin for sure, take it out of the holder and spin it on a table, it will make a dull thud when it stops...not like the ring of a coin. Put it in a glass full of water and shake the heck out of it until the two halfs seperate. Use something that won't shatter and you don't mind getting knicked up.

Two boxes tonight.

First box
Skunk w/1-magicians coin w/two heads (second one like that for me)

Second box
Skunk

That is six skunks in a row, ties my worst of all time.

Grrrr...

Is the Magicians coin at least silver? Doesn't sound like it is. I have 2 silver one with Kennedy 1964 on both sides and the other 1964 Kennedy with Liberty Bell on the reverse. Both are very well done

Skunked on 4 boxes of halves but managed to find 2 40% in two rolls while dumping the boxes.
