trapper Pillar of the Community United States 830 Posts	Posted 12/14/2011 11:46 pm Did four more boxes today found these, the first Benny is a proof in quite nice condition the scan did not come out well. The last coin on the bottom is a 1971 proof it is black all around the edges but scan does not show this well. I believe this was in a fire this is the second one I found that appears to have been in a fire, The first one had melted plastic on it. Also, I noticed that someone earlier said that CWRs are better. I've had absolutely zero luck with them. Over 2 boxes and not a thing. I've had much better luck with boxes from the bank. I called my local credit union which I do business with and asked them if they would allow me to buy the coins from the machine. They told me they're not allowed to touch the funds in the machine. A company comes and maintains the machine. UGH! Anyway, it reminded me of the bank I go to do my dumps at... they have a machine which has a sort of vault which is locked and can be removed and wheeled off. I saw a company coming and picking that whole insert up and loading it onto a huge truck. Oh well! Report this Post to the Staff
