@Ricardocody, why the heck not, I was bored today at work and was searching on ebay and saw that a lot of people are selling the "Unsearched Rolls of Half Dollars" for around $15 for a $10 roll and people are buying them so give it a shot.

I used to find solid rolls of nifc halves but dumped all ! I only saved these becuse its US mint rolls when I get back home from work I ll send you a pm . I found a magician coin before but the cut was ridiculous bad and both sides observe I also see in this toPic some with observe of jfk and reverse of foreing but never one with observe and rerse of jfk ! I doubt about this one but I take a close examination at home and wheight it , I'm hoping for error as I always heard of this kind of error on jfk's halves !

Agreed, the pickins are slimmer for sure.
I keep trying to hang in for another good 20+ box, but it has been a long time and a lot of skunks since I've seen that. CWR's are more fun for me right now, and have always produced at least 2:1 over boxes anyway. I'm dropping back to lower and less frequent orders until I hit a pay streak worth ramping back up for.

I went to pick up a box of nickels, today, and they had $20 in CWRs. I was all excited, until I saw X's on both. I quickly sorted through, and sure enough, nothing.

The bank called me today and told me that they had two boxes for me. Well this was a surprise because I didn't order them. Well it turns out that I got 2 90% and 5 40%. Not a bad surprise if you ask me . I would love it if they are now just ordering boxes without me asking lol

Hello All, I have been reading the forum and searching half boxes for about 3 months, along with pennies, I avg about 4 boxes a week 2 from chase, 2 from peoples bank and I dump it all at TD Bank. Someone asked about TD bank ordering boxes, I have been told my branch that they can not order boxes of half. Well I have had many skunks, my count for about 22k is has follows: 44 X 1 64 X 1 65 X 1 66 X 3 67 X 5 68 X 9 69 X 2 So I have not hit any mother loads of 20 plus and I am still looking for my first Franklin. Best box so far has been a 5 in one. I do have a lot of nifc, 2010 the most. So I found this coin today and wanted to share.. So I do not know what to make of it..here is the back..

I would not use TD to order boxes. They are a dump bank for a lot of people and they get the coins back that are dumped into the Penny Arcade machines. I detest TD and only keep an account to dump with. I had the branch closest to me say they were not allowing large numbers of coins in their machine anymore. That I would have to give the the coins, they send off to be counted and then credit my account. Pfffffttttt. So that branch can go jump off a cliff. Anyway, several boxes after the last big one netted something like 12 40%. Then VACookey hit another big box today. Over 50 40%, a huge percent being BU 67s. A number of 65, 66 and 68s in same condition as well. These got dumped from a collection and came straight to us.

Went through 4 more boxes found 9,40% 2 proofs 1980s and 1981s 2 very nice 1987D better than the one in my Dansco I will pickup 2 more boxes tomorrow, this was a surprise to me when this bank called, told me they would not order any more for me, it is a credit union. So I took my money out and told them I was not happy with the service and you are using my money and paying next to nothing interest so I expect service. Now they are kissing up to me, I'm gonna let them sweat.

Pulled a really weird box week before last - must be the tail end of a collection that got cashed in either due to ignorance or theft. Either is sad.
It had a BOAT load of proofs - 20 clad proofs (many duplicates), 70S proof, 4 bicentennial 40% proofs, 4 bicentennial 40% business strikes, a 2004S silver proof, 5 franklins, 3 junk 40% and 2 clad commemoratives (WW2 and a Statue of Liberty). There were also 3 1987P's in there two (no 1987D's oddly enough).
The next box (I do two a week) had 1964 proof, 2 common 64s, 5 common 40% and another 70S 40% proof.
The following week I pulled 13 40% out of the first box and 18 40% out of the second.
Those are all bests for me, so I hope my streak continues. This more than makes up for an almost complete shut out in Nov and Dec.
