String & Sons does not roll coins they only make the supplies to roll coins.

while that is true about strings and sons, brinks and loomis do use strings and sons to wrap some of their boxes also, so it is not just customer rerolls.

New proofs can sometimes be detected by the brighter colored edges, but I have found some older 1970s that looked just like the others from the edge. Also, a lot of BU coins can have that same, brighter copper color to them.

So, it is really a mixed bay from my experience. This being said, you do look at those brighter colored ones first a lot of time.

Just found my first......

1972-D with No FG on the reverse. My FIRST ERROR COIN!

It is in pretty good condition as well. I am loving boxes 7 and 8.
