One more box this week and no silver again. Did get 3 NIFC and replaced one coin in my book. I've been on roll with nickels so I've got that goin for me.

Nice pick-ups lonz! * Can someone who has a 1971D DDO JFK post a close-up pic of the IN and TRUST on your 71D Kennedy DDO? I posted over on the modern variety and error forum of a 71D DDO and I'd like to see a comparison besides what's in the CherryPickers Guide. Thanks, Chuck. |

Just finished up a $500 bag (which had $505.85 in US dollars) Found about a roll of NIFC's of various dates and MM's, couple BU coins, and a gold colored half, plus a 1$ coin, many quarters, a dime, 3 100-Lire Italian Coins, agricultural awareness token, and 3 40%'ers ... oh and also hair... alot of (I hope anyways) dog hair in the bag - my hands were black when I was done - 100X worse than while searching rolls.  |

I am retiring from half dollar roll hunting....just not enough finds to justify the effort anymore. Good luck to the rest of you and will keep monitering this thread to keep abreast of what is being found. I am sure there are some "sleeper" boxes out there, but the odds of getting one is too great
Switching to penny roll hunting for now.

Not to bad Lonz, your off to a good start with your other score. I'm stealing 6 boxes from your turf next week...lol..Chase bank though, I thought it was gonna be a different bank, are those brinks or garda around there? I will actual have 10-14 boxes to search when I get home with my normal boxes and my 6 extra, depends if my new pick up around here comes through, Ill find that out tommorrow, will be my most ever at once.

rew, I found one 2012 so far, but I'm sure they will eventually start appearing more frequently as it moves towards the end of the yr

I think I have around three 2012s - two P and one D if I recall correctly.
BTW, I hope to hit a number of banks tomorrow for some half dollars. I do miss my boxes.

I'm a new coin roll hunter/young collector and have done a couple boxes of pennies and halves. This box was devoid of silver but I would say it's the most interesting box so far.
