6 boxes today. Sorted through them after work. I took 15 pictures and came home to upload them and instead of double checking that they transferred from the camera to my computer I deleted them off of the camera and wouldn't you know it only 3 transferred.
1 1964, 3 40%ers, 5 proofs, a bunch of neat counterstamped coins to add to my reject collection, 10 rolls of GEM BU 1996-2001 which I feel guilty about throwing back but even in 10 years they won't have increased enough in value to overcome inflation and I don't have $100 to tie up dreaming, and 4 rolls or so NIFC's.

I have a bit of an interest in personal finance. I tried to bite my lip, knowing this is not a personal finance forum. However, I must at least tell people to use an online calculator to determine the amount a CD pays over a number of years. Compounded interest needs to be included in any calculated rate of return.

Congrats on the Benji. I found my first one a few weeks back myself.
BTW, I have two boxes due tomorrow. Seeing I it takes me some time looking for not only silver but errors as well, I plan on picking one up tomorrow and one up on Thursday. Hopefully, will seem some silver and hopefully my first doubled die. Have yet to find a doubled die.

3 boxes. 1 was a skunk. The other two were really nice. They produced a total of 33 40%ers and 4 90%ers. I also found around 200 NIFCs ranging from 2003-2009. I kept the nicest 100 coins and tossed the rest back in to circulation.
I have a lot of NIFCs. Let me know if anyone's interested in trading or purchasing some.

Bank teller called me early this morning to tell me she had ordered the halves but the delivery company had not delivered them. She told me the driver said he should have them tomorrow and it would likely be in the afternoon. She said she would call me when they were in.
So, I now have my first official "we ordered but they didn't show" situation which I read so much about on here. Hopefully, they will be there tomorrow and seeing the later time frame, I will likely pick them both up versus the one at a time method. Still, I could pick the second one up late Friday. Will have to see.
Calling the IRS today for payment information. No telling how long I will have to wait to get through to a person. Hey, maybe one of them has a communicator and can arrange for my payment to be beamed to them.

Quote: Bank teller called me early this morning At least they called. They never call me when something comes up. I have to go to bank to hear that they aren't available.

same here I go to the bank to pick up my order only to hear that it wasn't ordered, someone was sick and it didn't get ordered, or whatever. I will say thought, once I went to a standing order with the person that orders the coin it was much easier and more reliable to get the coin I wanted.
