I have no idea but as a Cincinnati resident I have to say that is pretty cool.

Stanton was a fine craftsman, and this is an excellent example of his work. It's a great token, condition-wise, with a most pleasing balance of color and luster. Being brass is something of a plus. Die sinker tokens have added appeal for many CWT collectors. IMHO, despite these pluses, I expect that some factors would depress the overall value to some degree.

Stanton produced many a good many varieties of his own tokens. Thus, I doubt that there's much competition between CWT enthusiasts to seriously collect them all. Most collectors, I expect, would be happy to have a single example from Stanton like this, but there are many varieties from which to choose. Then too, it's been my experience that these Indian Head reverse dies tend to be in less demand than the majority of other reverse dies. Cincinnati is the most common town, so that's not a plus factor. IMHO, I'd guess it's maybe a $200-$250 piece for a collector who desires a presentable example of Stanton's work.
