hi everyone I'mnew to this hobbie and coin forum well I found this rare 2004 D peace medal nickel with a clear doubling on the reverse side of the nickel that you can see it with the naked eye and the front of the nickel the letters looks a little thicker ill post couple pictures shortly just want to see if anyone found a 2004 D nickel DDR

I know ;). Just seems every coin I think I find doubled seems to be either machine doubled or just a late die state. I just don't have the luck or eyes for finding a actual doubled die yet haha.

'UNITED' looks like MD to me.

It does look from this distance MD only spot of interest that I see is the top left of the d in united? Is it actually separating? I can't tell from pictures. But if not that's extreme MD a good educational piece . I'm just not ruling one way or the other till I see that E,D in united . My eyes always see doubling lol so idk unless I can get a clear picture

I did not see a 2005-D 5C, but that does not mean there isn't one, but I did find a 2004-P 5C;
