Here it is jbuck, I get why they used an ike though. But wouldnt logic dictate the general be on the non painted side?

I agree. Seems like they labeled the wrong side.

That just makes me want to become violent. They deface the greatest soldier our country has ever produced to put a picture of soldiers on a coin?

Is that just a sicker on the obverse or is it actually painted (or printed)?

case is sealed but it looks like it's printed very thin and sealed on somehow following the device curves like shrink wrap

Printed; you can see the dot matrix. Perhaps a bit thick to help block the existing profile, and probably heatshrunk onto the coin.
