Here is a 1994-D Double-Headed novelty coin. It was machined from genuine coins. I pried this one apart to show the inside.

At least they used the same year and mint mark. You can still see the glue residue on the coin pieces.

Coop, Yes, I'll give them credit for that. You are right about the glue. I really had to pry with a box cutter edge to get it to come apart. Do you ever sleep? LOL
