It is not 004. I did an overlay of 017 and it is a dead on match for location for this die.

Your example is a lot fresher than the one I have. The example I have is a LDS example. (not the one in the image on coppercoins) But I can see the SE/NW line fading above the date SE of jaw. On my Example there is a strong die crack on the head with a chip. I don't see that on your coin as it is an earlier example. You might want to submit it in the future when they open up again for an earlier example for coppercoins?
