I believe a low 9. And found a very weak die clash, especially noticeable on the obverse. A leaf and the T from cent

Sorry but I don't think the T die clash is there as it should come out by her nose and the leaf should be on the outside and not in the middle ---Nice coin anyway VF15.
Down by her neck where you have marked is usually the date die clash..
