I know next to nothing about currency either, I only collect coins. However, as it is with coins, if the collectible in question is rare enough, tehn you will eventually find a buyer. Maybe that note is worth $100+ in F and int his condition, someone who has a low budget was able to purchase it for 10% of list price.

This note is about as common as they come for large size. You can get a nice one of these for $50-$60.

That's in really rough shape... looks like it was taped at one point too. At least the winning bid was under $11.
