About 10° as I see it.
I don't believe it's unusual nor significant.
IMO for IHC's it should be about 90° or more to become important.
The older the coin to more often die rotation is encountered.

But worth keeping; make a notation on the 2x2.

It is a keeper but not off enough for a premium. Also I think IH are known for minor rotations.

Very cool find.

Is it true that if the rotation is more then 18 degree's then it would get a premium?

I'm not sure on that one, to be honest. This coin in particular has been cleaned, so I can't imagine this would have much of a premium

The 90-degree figure that kanga mentioned can be pretty much accepted as a standard. I imagine a few issue-specific exceptions exist but I don't know of any off the top of my head.

WHOA! This is a cleaned coin?!?!?! Uh oh..... I hope the other coins I have recently purchased aren't also cleaned.....

I never would have guessed this one is cleaned.....what do I need to look for in order to tell if an IH has been cleaned or not?

Not to uncommon for many coins to have that much of a reverse rotation. Really common with Mercury dimes and Buffalo nickels.

To tell the truth, I can't tell from these images if it has been cleaned or not. How can you?

If it were then wouldn't BOTH side show it had been?

IF it was ever cleaned it was a long time ago. To much dirt inside letters and numbers.
