Scanned coins don't ever seem to bring out the best in coins but, with that said, I would say it looks EF-40 Nice semi-key date..  And..  ..to CCF

In terms of grading I have two problems: -- image is not sharp enough (what resolution did you scan at?) -- there is not enough contrast (consider a non-reflective dark gray/black background)
As is, I agree with the XF-40 opinion.

scanned at 600dpi, best my copier/scanner/printer will do. I will see if I can take some better pics.
