Purchased from ebay, paid $7.50 plus $3 shipping. Curious about grade.
The greenish chunk on Lincoln's head came right off with a puff, didn't notice it until processing pics.

When you say "puff" do you mean a cotton ball? I would highly recommend not using a cotton ball to remove any material from the surface of a coin. What happens is the fibers cause hairline scratches to the surface of the coin.

My guess on the grade is AU-55

Gymcoachdon, you should not do that. Any saliva that may go flying on to the coin could result in a carbon spot.

This is hard to believe unless you are pressing down on the cotton ball with way too much pressure.

Thanks for all the input, and especially for explaining why you think it makes the grade (or details) you suggest. That really helps me learn about grading.
Rest in Peace
