I just started but I disagree how come the rest of the letters have bottoms. Also the length of the letter E. Just my opinion Def not expert started 3 months ago with magnifying glass not a single trace there would have to be something .
See how the N in one has a gap between the bottom points and rim. Now look at the bottom points of the N in cents. See how there is no gap. That area where the cents is saw heavier wear from handeling, coin machines, etc... it is NOT a mint error, just an area of extra Rim wear. Spend it and on to the next! Dont be discouraged though. Keep hunting and asking ccf. Your coin knowledge will then grow exponentially
The rims look very weak in most areas. What is the weight of this cent. (heavier or lighter than a normal cent?) If lighter it might be a thinned planchet. If normal weight, then it might be a low pressure strike.
