Hello! I recently got this awesome IHC along with a few others. I'd just like a grade, and to know if it has been cleaned. Thanks!   |

I am not an expert, but it looks AU-cleaned to me. I say this because in between the feathers and the wreath is still dull, but the flat areas are shiny. Still a very nice coin.

AU-50ish...cleaned, but looks like a long time ago.

I would give it an AU 53 BN grade. I can't tell from the photos if it's been cleaned. It's suspect that the outline of the feathers look very shiny in the photo. This could indicate and old cleaning.

XF-40(Obv) possibly an AU-50 (Rev) for a net XF-45 cleaned. Notice the top of the bust (around the feathers) where the devices slope into the field? they've been rubbed smooth. The gunk in the areas that would be hard to clean (The "E's in "One Cent" & around the inside of the wreath...as well as the inside of the date in the 9, 0 & 3) Tell-tale signs of a prior cleaning.
