If it was in my collection I would give it XF w/corrosion.

All of Liberty looks to be visible but the hair and ribbon have worn together and the details in the feathers are worn away on the obverse. The bow is worn and tops of leaves worn on reverse. I would grade this one F 15.

Ouch! VF-20 details. I can't make out the details in the feathers & the bust just kind of fades into the field behind "LIBERTY".

They are sad pictures. There is detail in the feathers, the coin was just too dark. Got it from my LCS as a AU-50 coin for $15.

It's hard to tell, but I think it would be around VF-30.

I know LCS needs to make money to keep the lights on and keep the roof overhead. But this seems extremely mis-graded and over priced. XF40 coin on Numismedia is $8 and the corrosion should take it to 50% territory, so this is a $4 coin at best.
LCS are great to have around and good to support. But it needs to be a 2 way street. They need to look out for you too. I would view future purchases with more skepticism until they can earn back your trust.

It's an AU details coin easy but dug. Take that dark patina off. That wreath is solid with very little wear. LIBERTY is extremely sharp as are other obverse details. XF+ minimum.
I'll bet under a loop you'd see at least 3 diamonds.
I would have sold this coin to you $15 problem free.
This coin for less than half of that.
It's great your learning ChildOfTheWheat..that's what we are here for but yeah, the dealer overcharged you and I don't like to see that.
