I voted center since the one on the left and the one on the right are from the same redesign period of the Morgan. If you look closely the design of the hair on the left and the right are the same only the center has a different design. so the center is from 1921.

Looking for the hair details, I also noticed that the tip of Liberty's cap is more rounded on the center coin, while on the others it looks more realistic.

The left one is an S, the center a late O, so I guess the one on the right is the 21!

I guessed the center one. If my memory serves me right,I remember reading somewhere the 21 had some slight differences in design. I oicked the middle because the hair design is a bit different.

San Francisco wouldn't allow such a chin! Oh no... California; beautiful people, beautiful state! I think this Liberty was a prize fighter in her day.
