A Couple Interesting Serials And Star Notes, Spend Them?

I'm sure they are good for face value and not much more, if any. I felt the need to check beforehand and couldn't find too much out about them. So any opinions on if I should save or spend them are much appreciated. :) Report this Post to the Staff
