Hey,

I'm not too familiar with these, but I have 7 consecutive UNC 2013 5 dollar bills with a star at the end of the serial code. Is there any value to it? I saw a previous post mentioning a star but does that mean this is a replacement note?

first off a star is indeed a replacement note. all of these are from a run of 3.2 million so they are spenders.
Rest in Peace

You have 7 of the 3.2 million star notes printed in March 2014 in Fort Worth, Texas. So, they're not rare, but it is way cool to have them in sequence.

I know enough about run numbers and stars, I am not a currency collector so could someone please explain how to find where notes were printed?

numisma, notes are currently printed in Washington, DC and Ft. Worth TX. The notes printed in Ft. Worth are easily identified by a small "FW" on the obverse.
