can anyone tell me what year this is and what its worth it seems to have no year? it has a M stamp on bottom right

Can we see an image of the reverse, and maybe an obverse picture that is a little clearer? The stamped M is the initial of the designer.

Standing Liberty quarters in the early years had their dates slightly raised which is why it was one of the first areas to wear down. it is quite common to have a dateless SLQ. somewhere in the mid twenties the mint recessed the date so this wouldn't happen.

All you can say is 1917 - 25 and it appears to be a Philadelphia coin.

This would be worth no mare than $5 based on the amount of circulation.
